* Fixed price includes - -  Sauna, Stove, Delivery, Install, Turnover.  All sauna interiors finished with 100% Eastern White Cedar.  Kuuma LP Wood Stove w/ Zen Wave Standard, HomeCraft Apex Electric Stove Standard;  Metal Standing Seam Roof Standard, Pine Shiplap siding Standard. 

Options:  

-  Cedar Shiplap or Cedar Clapboard Siding:  + $1,400

-  Cedar Shingle Siding:  $1,800

-  Metal Siding:  +$1,400

-  Yakasugi Treatment (Wood Burn / Preserve / Oil):  + $1,800

-  LP Smartside or similar:  $1,400

-  Sauna Accoutrements Package (2 Sauna Hats; 2 sauna backrests, sauna bucket & ladle, thermometer, timer, 2 birch vistas (sauna whisk), native herb smudge stick, essential oil, heated rock bowl). $850.

-  Wood Storage Box.  $250

Client Responsibilities*:

-  Construct gravel pad

-  Electrician (if Electric Stove)

-  Code Compliance (we’ll help as required)
